Following the entry into force (14/02/2017) of the latest ROFNATIST (IST Administrative and Technical Support Services Regulations), the Studies and Planning Office now includes the term QUALITY in its name in order to give greater visibility – internal but above all external – to the monitoring, assessment and promotion of QUALITY at IST. However keeping its current name by which it is known (AEP), our webpage will be updated in due time.
