Within the framework of Tecnico Lisboa participation in the iGen-Equality Organizations Forum, two collaborators of the Institutional Studies, Planning and Quality Area (AEPQ), represented the institution in iGen’s 27th Plenary Meeting. The Plenary was held at the premises of IBM Portugal, in Lisbon, on March 19, under the theme “Caregiver Masculinity”. The meeting focused topics of male parenting -rights and obligations, the promotion of gender equality and the desirable balance between professional and personal live.
Several national and international studies were discussed and these subjects were addressed in a promotional and improving perspective regarding the results achieved in recent years.
